Understanding and developing myself is something I value in life. I have pursued therapy, read self-help books, and attended workshops to look deeper within. Spiritual direction was a new pathway for me to explore, and I’m happy to have done so, since now my life has opened up to more gratitude, meaning, and magic.  Elizabeth guided me to be aware of ways I feel connected to love and shifted my story of my “non-spiritual childhood.”  I have a journal full of thoughtful notes and inspiring ideas I wanted to remember from each session.  Elizabeth is an ideal companion if you’re looking for someone with tender, intuitive wisdom, and a thorough background in religion and spirituality.  Our sessions are rich with intention, and also have the space to take mystical detours.  I look forward to what else I will discover with her artful direction.
